I contacted Caroline earlier this year and asked for help with my 2year old puppy, Poppy who has a lovely nature. Unfortunately, Poppy is growing into a much larger puppy than our previous dog, Holly. She now tends to pull on the lead when walking and that’s why I asked for help.
From the outset, Caroline was and still is extremely supportive and has developed an excellent rapport with Poppy. Initially Poppy had to learn to listen and respond to certain instructions both inside and outdoors. She is a very quick learner and I’m really pleased with how she is progressing. Poppy also, with Caroline’s help, is getting additional weekly support from our dog walker, Jackie.
There are two additional areas where I have asked for help. One is barking which Poppy only does when we are in the car. This is something new and she only does it when we are going somewhere but not on the way home! The other is pulling on the lead which has improved. I would still appreciate more help.
As a trainer, Caroline is excellent and would recommend her services to anyone.
